PRODUCT ORDERING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Orders placed through the e-shop constitute distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as it is in force today) and the amendments referred to in Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A' 116/16.05.2003) and in Decision 31619 Government Gazette 969/22.3.2017.
The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the e-shop, provided that he/she is legally capable in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he/she has reached the age of eighteen and is not under legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. The company reserves the right to claim reimbursement from the supervisor or guardian of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.

WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it. In this case you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products. In the event that the reason for your return relates to an error in the online store konstantinostsigaros.gr we are committed to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the return has been made with the shipping company with which the shipment was made to you.
You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, i.e. without having tampered with the packaging and confirming that the specific markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must include the retail sales receipt at the same time as you submit the withdrawal declaration contained in the 'return form'. - Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will inform you by e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. The online store konstantinoststgaros.gr bears no responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
- In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that a product (or products) is missing from the total order, please contact us so that we can arrange all the details required and send you the products you did not receive at no extra charge.
